I didn't have success with MLICETs,
I could not understand the instructors thick accent.

MLICETS review material was thorough I thought, but that's not worth the cost. Being pdf files, it should be cheaper. The service I received was terrible. The "telephonic reviews" never came when promised, and sometimes not at all. The instructor, Sonny, was unapologetic, and even became angry and insulting when I politely but firmly expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. It was ridiculous--he was calling me names, etc. I did some research, and it turns out he's the "president" of the company. I had to track down the email of the executive board to ask for their assistance with his attacks. Only after I found them did he sort-of apologize, but still blamed me. Below are excerpts--word for word--from some of his emails to me. Judge for yourselves.
o Do you have a split personality or something or the 060606 had something to do with your behavior?
o We did provide you with excellent training materials and tried to be patient with you in scheduling telephonic review sessions. We cannot be any more heroic than that. (I agreed the material was good, but if heroic means “not calling once in 12 days or giving me even a time frame in which to expect a call”, I believe there’s a problem.)
o But when we come across some unreasonable persons such as you are turning out to be, we will not subscribe to the saw that a customer is always right even though he is totally wrong. (I had simply asked for an apology).
o This is a copy of one of my “unreasonable” emails (the tone was intended as one of frustration, not anger):
 “Okay, I'm already a bit frustrated. We discussed the importance of working steadily for the next few weeks, how time was important. You said it was very important that I be able to focus and work for the next couple weeks. You said you'd send me materials immediately, which I logically took to mean last night or first thing this morning. However, it's 12:45 pm, and I see nothing. I'm not seeing much respect for my time or my needs or the fact that I paid for this service. I can't check my email all day long hoping that MLICETS will send me something. I need to be able to plan my GMAT work around other responsibilities, but the lack of follow-through and organization over there is making that difficult. This is very poor customer service. Please make an effort to remedy that.”

o Do not waste your energy on silly ranting and negative thoughts.
o Please work on the files sent to you again, and keep a good attitude. No apologies are due. If anything, you should apologize for your unreasonable ranting in your message.
o Looks like you are lacking in critical reasoning.
o The subject line of one of his emails to me was “Rantings.”

There is only one instructor for this course. He runs the same course all over the US and is a one man band. His teaching skills are abyssmal and his attitude is extremely unprofessional, rude, abusive and he gets very insulting and personal. His explanations and course structure is appauling for the amount you pay. Sign up for the online course and study the materials by yourself, you won't do any better by sitting in his class and listening to his muttering-literally. He said there are 17 instructors for this course. ITS a LIE there is only one..HIM. APPAULING communication skills and total disregard for the fact that YOU PAID HIM to teach you.
