Not a huge selection, but breathakingly beautiful work here.

Fast becoming the authoritative resource for weblog templates. A huge variety here from different artists, with enough scope and style to satisfy everyone's tastes.

Apply these custom templates instantly to your Blogger-powered blog. Excellent idea, still a little thin on designs as it's very new, but keep your eye on it in the future.

Some of the best visual design I've seen available online. Not all designs are necessarily suitable for a blogger template, but most of them would work with a little jigging. Fun to visit even if you aren't in the market for a blog design.
