So I'm here in Orange County now. I took a break and watched The Chronicles of Riddick. Fun. Not thought provoking of course. I was entertained.
Studied some Data Sufficiency. About 21 questions. 1st questions on DS are pretty easy, but tricky.
I've been contacting many of you about your take on Admin Consultants and I haven't found a single one except for perhaps two of you that have used them. But when you did, the results were always one of getting into a top 3 school. One person got into Kellog, another into Harvard and one other into Wharton. Makes me wonder.
However, there have been quite a few who got into Harvard, Wharton, Tuck who didn't use them. Hmmm. But for those that didn't get into a top school, an Admin Consultant was not used. I'm going to say that some of you are pretty talented and creative writers. As for the others.... not able to make a judgement call as I haven't seen your essays nor do I know your background enough to say anything. One thing is for sure though. In each case whether an admin consultant was used or not, the GMAT's were all 700+.
For now, I'm going to see how my own efforts on the Essays turn out for the first couple of weeks that I write them and let others brutally critique them. Don't think I can afford it financially right now. Thanks everyone for your feedback.
